Server Rules
Rules for fair play, player conduct, events and account use.
By playing on Supreme, you agree to respect other players, use only permitted game systems and protect the integrity of every event. These Server Rules supplement the Terms of Service.
Fair play comes first
Play competitively, not destructively. A mechanic being technically possible does not make intentional exploitation or event sabotage acceptable.
Fair play and permitted automation
- Use the game client and server systems as intended.
- The built-in Helper, Offline Helper, Offline Attack and official server commands are permitted.
- External bots, gameplay automation, packet manipulation, injected tools and modified clients that provide an unfair advantage are prohibited.
Bugs, exploits and unfair gains
- Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items or currency, bypass restrictions, or repeat an unintended mechanic for personal gain.
- Report serious vulnerabilities privately through Support. Do not publish instructions that allow others to reproduce them.
- Items, currency, rankings or rewards obtained through an exploit may be removed.
Events and Blood Castle
- Compete through the intended event mechanics. Sabotage, reward manipulation, blocking participation and coordinated abuse with alternate accounts are prohibited.
- Blood Castle must not be intentionally completed during its first ten minutes while other players are actively participating, unless every participant present clearly agrees beforehand.
- A normal completion after the first ten minutes, or an early completion when no other active participant is present, is not a violation.
PvP and player conduct
- PK and PvP are part of the game wherever the server permits them. They do not justify threats, hate speech, disclosure of personal information or sustained personal harassment.
- Do not impersonate staff, mislead players with fake announcements, disrupt Support or submit fabricated evidence.
- Spam, malicious links and advertising unrelated servers or services are prohibited.
Accounts, characters and names
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping its credentials secure.
- Additional accounts must not be used to evade a penalty, bypass limits, manipulate rankings or rewards, or interfere with events.
- Account, character and guild names must not impersonate staff or contain abusive, discriminatory or deliberately misleading content.
Trading and the Market
- Fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, item substitution and attempts to obtain payment without delivering the agreed item are prohibited.
- Use the official game trade and website Market wherever available. Staff cannot guarantee private arrangements made outside official systems.
- Selling accounts, items or currencies for real-world money outside official Supreme services is prohibited.
Reports and evidence
- Report violations through the official Support system and include the character name, approximate time, server and available screenshots or video.
- Staff may use server, account, event, trade and security logs when reviewing a report.
- Public accusations are not evidence. Knowingly false reports may themselves be treated as abuse.
Penalties and appeals
- Consequences depend on severity, intent, damage, evidence and previous violations. They may include a warning, mute, removal of unfair gains, temporary suspension or permanent account closure.
- Serious cheating, duplication, payment abuse or deliberate evasion of an existing penalty may result in immediate suspension.
- One reasoned appeal may be submitted through Support. Repeated tickets, threats or harassment do not accelerate the review.
Current version
- Only the current version published on this page is official. Rules may be updated when gameplay, events or account services change.
- For account, gameplay or enforcement questions, use the official Support system.
