WCoinC packages are digital account credits for Supreme. Delivery starts only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

1. Digital credit nature

WCoinC is usable only inside Supreme website and game-server systems. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold back, converted to real-world money, cryptocurrency, goods, services or any external financial value.

2. When a refund review is possible

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• The payment was confirmed but the configured WCoinC package was not delivered.
• The wrong package was charged because of a verified website or provider-side issue.

3. When refunds are normally not available

Refunds are normally not available after WCoinC has been spent, consumed by account services, transferred through approved account systems, or used in any server feature. Account sanctions caused by cheating, abuse, fraud or rule violations do not create a refund entitlement.

4. Disputes and chargebacks

Contact support first if there is a payment or delivery issue. Chargeback or dispute abuse may result in account restrictions while the payment provider and administration review the case.

5. How to request review

Open a support ticket with your account name, order date, package, payment provider reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Never include full card details or payment secrets.
